Four years ago, I lost 80% of the blood in my body on an operating table and almost died. As a result, my life was catapulted into an adventure of learning to heal from severe health issues, many of which I have healed in ways doctors told me was impossible.
What I’ve learned along this path is that healing is not all physical. In fact, physical healing can often be the least important and the last to manifest. True healing starts in the mind and soul.

Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel by June 6th, you will get a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations between 6/6 and 7/4 are only refundable if I am able to fill your spot. If so, then you will receive a full refund, minus the $500 deposit. Cancellations after 7/4 are non-refundable unless there is an emergency (e.g. death in the family, severe illness, etc.).

There are 3 bedrooms plus an upstairs livingroom area where all attendees will bunk up together. It makes for a very fun, cozy experience for bonding and sisterhood. Kind of like being in a college dorm again :) Prior attendees have formed amazing, long-lasting connections with their roomies.
Each person will have their own bed with the exception of 2 people sharing a king-size bed. A bed will either be a real bed (twin or double) or a 4” twin-size tri-fold or padded air mattress on the floor. All floor beds are extremely comfortable!
There is also the option to sleep on the Cloud Couch upstairs (sooooo cozy) for anyone who prefers that option.
Real beds (vs. floor beds) will be prioritized by the following criteria: (#1) people with sensitive sleeping needs (#2) returning retreat guests (#3) first to sign up

This is an all-inclusive retreat. However, there will be an option to have a personal photoshoot with our photographer for a fee which is available by appointment only. I include this option at my retreats because I personally love the idea of capturing the full essence of your being in a high-vibe setting where you’re feeling like the highest version of yourself. This makes for the BEST pictures to use for personal branding or just for your own memories. This is optional and once you sign up, you will receive information on how to book the photoshoot, as well as pricing.

We have the most incredible vegan chef! Prior retreat attendees rave about her cooking. We serve three meals a day with multiple snack options available. Most everything is organic, gluten-free and dairy free. We do have exceptions for things like coffee creamer (half & half), snacks (meat sticks), etc. I encourage all guests to bring their must-have items. There is unlimited organic coffee, tea and other fun beverages. This is an alcohol-free retreat but we do serve fun mocktails! I inquire about food allergies and preferences for each guest before the retreat so we can accommodate accordingly. We want everyone to have happy tummies.
